I have had Psychic and Intuitive experiences since childhood and never knew exactly how to channel that energy. After years of living, raising an amazing human, owning and operating a small business, All Things Lavender, in the Pacific Northwest, I'm finally back home and have unlocked the best way to use these gifts and connect with others. I've returned to the place of my birth, where it all began but couldn't be more different. Landing on sacred Narragansett Indigenous Land, in the middle of the woods, surrounded by water in the most magical  1700's  historic home.

I got the call to step into my power and authenticity not long after moving back. A trip to Glastonbury, UK changed my life. I began the journey of self discovery, learning herbalism from an oracle/herbalist, study, and classes while integrating my Intuitive and Psychic abilities in my practice. Reconnecting with my love of Astrology while being divinely guided and supported from my amazing collective, I began the journey of Intuitive Energy Healer, Usui and Holy Fire Reiki Master.

My Healing practice combines an Alchemy of Reiki, Tarot, Crystals, Astrology and Herbalism to help support you on as many levels as possible. I am also a Certified Reiki Teacher and am excited to start teaching Reiki along with my other offerings.

What's in a name?

Naming a business can be a daunting task. After many hours, lists, and more lists (Virgo Sun) of possible names, Harmoni Haus was born. Harmoni is Swedish for Harmony.  A tribute to my beautiful Grandma Dorothy and our Swedish roots. She was pure goodness and made everyone feel like they were the center of her world.  Balance and Harmony are at the center of Energetic Healing.

Haus is German for House and connects to my matriarchal German via the Bronx, roots.  It is also a nod to this magnificent "haus" we get to call home. My hope is that Harmoni Haus not only be a place of healing, but of learning, connecting and community.

Giving back is so important.

When I am not in my studio, or out in the woods, you may find me volunteering at South County Hospital helping support patients by giving Reiki.

MY APPROACH TO HEALING

Connection

It all starts with connection. We discuss the best approach to help support you on your journey. In addition to Reiki, this could include using Crystals, Tarot, Astrology and Herbalism. I also go over what to expect while receiving Reiki. Starting with the basics, wear cozy, comfortable clothing for your session and remove any jewelry you may be wearing before we start (it may hold energy.)
You could see images, colors, feel different sensations…or feel nothing at all. There is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki and remember, Reiki can do no harm.
Reflect

After your session, if in person, we will discuss what came up for both of us and I will answer any questions you may have. I also may have some recommendations and or products available to help support you from my apothecary. This would also be when we would integrate any Tarot. If you have a distance session with me, I will send you an audio recording of what came up during your session, any card pulls and any recommendations to help support you.
Wrap Up

We may discuss future appointments, treatment plans as well as any other resources to help continue the energy movement in the session to continue to work for your highest good.
