What is Reiki?
The word “Reiki” is composed of two Japanese words.
Rei = Universal
Ki = Life Energy
Reiki is a Japanese Healing Modality used to reduce stress, promote relaxation and energy flow.

It all starts with connection.
We discuss the best approach to help support you on your journey.
In addition to Reiki, this could include using Crystals, Tarot, Astrology and Herbalism. I also go over what to expect while receiving Reiki. Starting with the basics, wear cozy, comfortable clothing for your session and remove any jewelry you may be wearing before we start (it may hold energy.)
You could see images, colors, feel different sensations…or feel nothing at all. There is no right or wrong way to receive Reiki and remember, Reiki can do no harm.

Astro Herbalism & Apothecary
I have holistic approach to energy healing integrating Herbalism, Astrology, Tarot and Reiki. This can be combined with your Reiki session or used on its own. I can also customize products through the apothecary, hand select crystals and anything else you may need to help support your continued healing.
